A Native American’s Open Letter to Washington

An open letter to Congress from Mr. Melvin Klaudt that he shared with The Conservative Foundry.  Below is the text that was submitted with the open letter.

As a Native American, I can’t stand labels. They tend to sterotype individuals thereby removing the ability to think rationally and open minded. So i’m not one of the so-called popular ideologues. As stupid as it sounds, Native Americans do have valid opinions, but are rarely heard from because we are less than 1% of the populace. Please allow me the opportunity to share my heart.

OPEN LETTER

I, a Native American, born on an Indian Reservation, being of sound mind, over 21 and completely heart broken and frustrated with what is happening to this beautiful and precious gift that my ancestors bequeathed to the original founders of this once great nation, share my feelings with whoever wants to read this.

I share this……..

1. Because of, The United States President’s Office, The United States House of Representatives’, The United States Senate’s, the United States Supreme Court’s, total disregard and respect for the constitutional rights of their citizens, and, the Treaties they signed with my benevolent original owners and keepers of this once great land;

2. Your complicated legal system that makes it impossible for wronged,
indigenous peoples to find shelter, comfort, restitution and a cure for oppressions
against them;

3. Your total disregard and sometimes hate for this precious and sacred gift, THE UNITED STATES of AMERICA, bequeathed and entrusted to you by my all Inclusive Ancestors;

4. Your total unashamed violation of your own constituents sufferings, and many times forced sacrificing to defend this great and blessed gift with shedding of blood and loss of life;

5. Your consistent and on-going violation of your own Constitution and Legal
System;

6. Your reckless, deviate, perverted, immoral, illegal actions that is making a mockery of your PREAMBLE, the BILLOF RIGHTS, and the CONSTITUTION, that is leading to a decline of this Sacred Gift’s reputation as an ethical, believable, honest World Leader;

7. Your continued violation of your positions of authority, power of money, of not obligating yourselves to abide by the same rules, laws and regulations that you set up to govern the citizenry of this valuable gift that is thereby gradually leading to a caste system;

8. Your hidden agenda of legislation that is turning this country into just another International Nation under International Law that is continuing to destroy the private enterprise system that made this precious gift a World Industrial Leader;

9. Your continued forked tongue procedures of approving big company mergers so they can become larger companies and then spending millions of dollars to destroy these large companies by making them smaller companies;

10. Your deliberate destruction of States Rights and a representative type Republic leading to a Washington, DC based centralized government;

11. Your gutless giving in to special interest groups, dollar taking thugs and media polls, that is gradually moving this society into a mob rule mentality and creating an organized crime mentality in the Halls of our Government;

12. By labeling everyone an extremist of some sort, you are eradicating common sense, wisdom and the freedom to speak freely;

13. Through self righteous civil rights words, you are turning color against color, race against race, class against class, gender against gender, and age against age;

14. You are destroying the environment and common sense development, by legislating environmental laws based strictly to benefit those with power, money, and the agendas of self appointed special interest groups;

15. Your continuation of pandering other nations, and their peoples around the world by giving more rights and money to citizens of other nations than your own taxpaying citizens;

16. Your continued effort to give the resources of this great gift to other nations
around the world in the name of human rights, while forgetting the poverty,
disease and well being of your own peoples;

17. Your loosening of your immigration laws that has opened this gift to peoples that have more loyalty to their homelands and their oppressive gods than to this Great Gift’s Sovereign Government;

18. Your constant giving of Favored Nations Status to other nations around the world and the ignoring of the true American Indian Nation’s Status in this country;

19. Your continued efforts, through an international human rights agenda, that has turned this Great Gift into a vulture mindset, that wherever there is so called pain and suffering, this Beautiful Precious Gift has to be there to pick at the carcasses;

20. Your personal usage of a tax system that is cumbersome, wasteful, expense laden, and penalizes your constituents for being aggressive, hardworking, creative, competitive, mentally alert and industrious citizens;

21. Your consistent lack of intestinal fortitude and constant spineless desire to have a ring placed in your noses to be led and influenced by the self centered, stupid, know it all, mob creating, crisis fed, emergency creating, disaster hyping, modern day news media;

22. Your constant and continuing effort to turn this competitive industrious gift into a welfare state;

23. Your litigious process to take our original tobacco cash crop, destroy it through the court systems of this country while leaving intact your white man firewater industry;

24. Your continued effort to take away the right of gun ownership in this great gift, thereby placing your constituents in the same position of the First Americans who had no right of gun ownership thereby removing our ability to defend ourselves;

25. Your ignorant, unintelligent, lack of basic understanding of the simple fact, that you were elected to represent your constituents and not the interests of foreign governments and their peoples;

26. Your continued spending of tax dollars on unnecessary flights around the world when many of your tax paying citizens can’t even afford to operate a vehicle;

27. Your continuing effort of taking the sacred election process and turning it into a public circus display of vote buying;

28. Whenever one of your citizens is accused of wrongdoing, all the forces of government comes down on them, but whenever you yourselves are accused of wrongdoing, you conveniently investigate yourselves thereby creating an unfair and illegal double standard;

29. Your constant attack on the most vulnerable of our citizens, those that are yet to be born, those that are just born and our elderly.

30. Your continued subtle actions through legislation and propaganda to deny the fact that your ancestors used the 10 Commandments that set up a legal system that emphatically states that we are all created equal;

31. Your ongoing discredit of your Founding Fathers wisdom, and your own failure to understand, that the free enterprise system that has placed the United States of America head and shoulders above any society known to man, has been due to the basic Biblical Principles of the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness;

SUMMATION

I Melvin Dale Klaudt, heartbroken with the direction of this precious gift, over 21, a Native American that prides himself in being an asset and advocate of this great nation rather than a liability to this nation, do hereby share this with the office of the President of the United States, the United States Senate, the United States House of Representatives, the Supreme Court and the general public, because I am sickened by the reckless, dangerous, win at all cost nature of you, our elected officials; because of your ongoing speaking with forked tongue; through default of your fiscal responsibility, your moral and ethical irresponsibility, your lack of judicial prudence; the absence of common sense, wisdom and understanding that you are servants and not dictators; your continued violation of your oath of office: your unprofessional, uncivilized and belligerent attitudes towards and lack of respect for each other; your constant abuse of your tax paying constituents; your lack of a childlike understanding that the tax provided budget is not for the purpose of buying votes, favors, and illegal activities; your inept desire for power grabbing; Your continued desire to turn every citizen, even before they are born, into a personal ATM Machine; your personal agendas and personification of your know-it-all personalities; your placing of your own citizens in jail for illegal activities and the running of ponzi schemes when you yourselves are constantly involved in illegal activities and have been running the most sophisticated governmental ponzi scheme for generations;

With this open letter, I ask that you return this government back to its original concept of;

WE, “THE PEOPLE”, DO ORDAIN AND ESTABLISH THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

And Or

The RETURN immediately of this sacred, valuable benevolent gift, THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, back to its Original owners, THE AMERICAN INDIAN, who had and still have a deep respect for their homeland and the treasures that are gradually being siphoned off and wasted through greedy and power hungry elected officials and their cronies.
