It's a Simple Solution for an Exposed Republican Establishment

EXCERPT:
Conservative upstart Christine O'Donnell's defeat of nine-term U.S. Representative Michael Castle in a Senate primary ended the career of one of the last Republican moderates in Congress and set off a round of Democratic celebrations.
Don't believe that the Democrats are as happy as the media would like us to believe. They are well aware of the horrible political climate they have created for themselves.
Tea Party candidates have been coming back from double-digit deficits all year in both special elections and in primaries. The Democrats know this, and current polling across the country show Democrat candidates running for Senate and House seats and for governorships in historically Democrat strongholds are now in a fight for their political lives.
One of the most profound example of this is what has developed in West Virginia this week. Popular Governor Joe Manchin is running against John Raese for the Senate seat that Byrd had occupied since before most of us, and some of our parents, had been born.
Manchin had lead 51-35 at one point but now only holds a 5 point lead in the latest Rasmussen poll.
Democrats are not celebrating. Republicans need not take stock in anything. Simply, support the Republican who wins the primary. If the current trend holds, that Republican will be a solid conservative.
History is evidence that candidates who best articulate conservatism and who has a record of governing as a conservative will win almost every time.
