Pssst! Come here. Have You Heard What the Republicans are Doing?

There is a terrible injustice going on in our country at this very moment.

No, it isn't Obama and the Democrats completely ignoring Judge Vinson's ruling that Obamacare is unconstitutional and allowing it to move forward. That certainly is grounds for contempt indeed.

It isn't Obama meddling in and imposing our will in Egypt either, even though the violence and upheaval escalated tremendously after Obama took center stage and tried to take political ownership of the issue. It is Obama, remember, who preaches that the US cannot impose peace in the Middle East.

No, the real injustice is how the media is completely ignoring all the great things the Republicans are doing behind the scenes completely dismantling Obama's radical policies that he forced upon us the past two years.

If there is a hero in our country today, it is the Republican Party. Simply, they have been quite remarkable since taking charge of the House this year. It is pretty awesome to see, that is if you can find it anywhere.

Pssst! Come here. Did you hear that the Republicans have moved to block the EPA from regulating and capping greenhouse gas emissions? This was a Supreme Court ruling based completely on false scientific data at the time.

Pssst! Come here. Did you hear that the Republicans are moving on the Spending Reduction Act of 2011? They are.

Pssst! Come here. Did you hear that Obamacare is now NObamacare? Legally speaking, there is no such thing.

Obamacare, the behemoth that owned the spotlight, the debates, gripped and divided the country for the better part of two years was struck down by Judge Vinson and the media reported it with barely a passing brushstroke. This entire bill that was the foundation of Obama and the Democrat's quest to control and rule the people while growing government to nearly the point of no return, has been VOIDED with barely a whisper let alone a much deserved ticket-tape parade in every city, town and village in America.

While there are still obvious legal options at Obama's disposal that will eventually take this to the Supreme Court, it is stunning to see how the media has chosen to  minimize this huge step toward America's recovery and this giant leap for liberty.

However, Obama's legal options are not politically-friendly for him and the Democrat Party.  In order to move forward for appeal, Obama must seek a stay of the ruling. Asking for a stay means they must acknowledge that the ruling exists. That means that they cannot continue to disregard this ruling as if it never happened and keep saying publicly that they are still going to move forward with the bill.

They are walking with a very short leash for contempt charges and they know that. Their argument that Judge Vinson did not issue an injunction is sophistry at the very least. He doesn't have to. The ruling is that Obamacare is unconstitutional. That makes it null and void. That means it is no longer legal to enact it. It is not longer a legal bill. Done. Do judges have to issue an injunction when they affirm a murder charge? No.

Pssst! Come here. Did you hear that McConnell forced a vote in the Senate last night to repeal Obamacare and it didn't pass? That's okay. His timing couldn't have been better. What McConnell did was forced the Democrats, many of whom are in serious political danger of losing their seats in 2012, to either vote yes to repeal Obamacare or to vote NO for repealing it thereby putting themselves on record for supporting an unconstitutional bill that is now illegal. Many of them chose the latter.

How did voting for Obamacare last March help the Democrat Party in last November's mid-term elections? How well will this play for them in 2012? They thought we would forget when they voted to pass Obamacare last March.  We didn't.

So, where is the media on all this? Instead, we get Egypt, the bad weather and anything else that they can use to dominate the news coverage and bury some of the most courageous things any political party has done for the salvation of our great country and for the preservation of freedom that anyone has done in a very, very long time.

That is simply a terrible injustice.
