When we at The Conservative Foundry determine that a bill being proposed in Congress is unconstitutional thereby posing a dangerous risk to our country, we will issue an alert of that bill in our CONSTITUENT ALERT! banner so that you can go immediately go to your CONSTITUENT ALERT! room and get briefed on the bill.
We will present in detail why we believe the bill is a dangerous assault on our Constitution and we will link to the bill so that you can read it and make a determination if you want to take action or not. It is entirely your decision.

Repeal Nationalized Health Care
President Obama is attempting to control every aspect of our lives, disguised as National Health Care Reform. Not only is this an abomination of the Constitution, but it is a reckless and outrageous assault on the budget and a move toward rationing thereby solidifying his culture of death.
On Sunday, March 21, 2010, the democrat-controlled Congress voted to pass Nationalized Health Care into law in the United States of America. The Democrats passed this horrible bill despite strong opposition from their constituents. The process was an ugly demonstration of power abuse against the American people by President Obama and the Democrat Party.
President Obama used scare tactics by sending his union thugs to incite violence at town hall debates and at peaceful Tea Party demonstrations. The Democrats mocked their constituents at these town halls and Speaker Pelosi insulted and demeaned American citizens by calling them "Swastika-carrying Nazi’s" and "domestic terrorists" simply because they threatened her and her Democrat Party’s takeover of our lives and liberty while defending our Constitution with a free voice.
We have an opportunity, again, to do all that we can to stop this horrible legislation from ever being implemented. We can do this by demanding that candidates running for Congress in this year’s midterm elections promise in their campaigns that they will support the repeal of H.R. 3962 if elected.
We must also demand that these candidates campaign to promise to vote against any appropriations that will fund provisions of H.R. 3962 as they are brought up for implementation in 2011.
Our voices will be heard this time. This is indeed a great opportunity to save our great country.
